% 11.10.2017 Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Sunil Kumar, P.S. Govindpuri. Respondent no. 2 says that petitioner is her brother-in-law (devar). Respondent no. 2 submits that she has now settled the matter with the petitioner, vide a Memorandum of Understanding dated 25th February, 2017 of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Respondent no. 2 further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and

respondent no. 2, who are relatives, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 574/2014 under Sections 354/354-A IPC registered at Police Station Govind Puri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
