None has appeared on behalf of the accused/respondent No.2 despite previous pass-over.

Vide order dated 28.03.2016, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in bail application No.2240/2015. It was agreed at the time of grant of bail that the accused shall pay `1,00,000/- to the complainant without prejudice and subject to future adjustment (if any) towards dowry articles. In case of non-compliance of the order, the complainant was permitted to approach this Court. CRL.M.C. 1717/2016

It is informed that accused/respondent No.2 has not complied with the said order and no payment has been made so far. On 22.08.2016, respondent No.2 had put appearance along with his counsel Mr.Amarjeet Singh and had sought time to comply with the order and to make payment as mandated in the bail order. He was directed to do the needful within two weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that till date no payment has been made by the accused.

Since the accused has not complied with the order dated 28.03.2016 and has failed to fulfil the conditions on which anticipatory bail was granted to him, the bail granted stands cancelled. 6.

The petition stands disposed of.
