O R D E R
% 08.01.2018 The prayers made in the petition have been perused. The petitioner and respondent Nos. 2 to 10 were having civil disputes pursuant to which civil proceedings were initiated inter se the parties. The civil suit (419/2011) was filed by the petitioner. Some of the respondents in the said suit had been proceeded e-parte. The decree was passed. Thereafter proceedings under Section 107/151 of the Cr.P.C were initiated. The list of dates reveal that on 21.05.2016 the petitioner was sent to jail; he was thereafter released on bail. On the complaint of the petitioner a high level enquiry was ordered against the illegal detention of the petitioner.
The primary prayer made in the present petition is that the State be directed to give adequate protection to the petitioner as he apprehends a coercive action by the contesting respondents in view of
their past conduct; he has an apprehension that he may be embroiled in a false case. Prayer B is not pressed.
The second additional status report filed by the State has been perused. In the status report the details of the civil dispute inter se the petitioner and the private respondents has been given; the concerned SHO PS Sonia Vihar has briefed his Beat officer and the Division officer to take care the security of the petitioner; this Court has been assured that the petitioner will be adequately protected. In view of the aforenoted statement of the respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his prayer stands satisfied and he does not wish to press the petition any further. The learned counsel for the State will give mobile number of the Beat constable to the petitioner who is permitted to contact the Beat constable in case of any urgency/emergency and in case of such a situation the petitioner is permitted to make an appropriate complaint to the concerned competent authority who shall deal with it in accordance with law.
Petition disposed of in the above terms.
