O R D E R

% 01.06.2016 (1) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.115/2016 under Sections 304-B/498-A/34 IPC registered at Police Station Nangloi. Status report is on record.

(2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

Kiran Devi was married to petitioner's brother Amar Chand on 17.11.2013 at Hansi in Haryana. On 15.02.2016 she consumed poisonous substance and was taken to hospital by her father-in-law. She remained admitted at Ardent Ganpati Hospital till 23.02.2016. Thereafter, she was shifted to RML Hospital where she expired on 26.02.2016. On the statement of the deceased's father, the BAIL APPLN. 895/2016

FIR has been lodged.

(3) The petitioner is aged around 21 years, unmarried sister-in-law of the deceased. Primarily allegations in the complaint are against the victim's husband, father-in-law and mother-in-law. It is alleged that the petitioner along with her other sister used to give beatings to the victim. In the MLC, no injury was found on victim's body. There are no allegations of demand of dowry by the present petitioner. Prior to the incident, no complaint for harassment against the petitioner was lodged by the victim or her family members. The petitioner's brother is already in custody. Her parents have withdrawn the applications for anticipatory bail.

(4) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of her arrest, she be released on bail on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that she shall join the investigation as and when required.

(5) The bail application stands disposed of.
