% 30.03.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4 have settled their disputes amicably, vide a Memorandum of Understanding dated 10th March, 2017, therefore, FIR No. 261/2014 under Sections 354/323/341/34 IPC registered at Police Station Begum Pur, on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed. Respondent nos. 2 to 4 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Adesh, P.S. Begum Pur. Respondent nos. 2 to 4 submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, coercion and pressure. They further submit and they are not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same

may be quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties and that respondent nos. 2 to 4 are not willing to pursue the FIR any further, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep them entangled in the criminal proceedings. Accordingly, in the interest of justice FIR No. 261/2014 under Sections 354/323/341/34 IPC registered at Police Station Begum Pur and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
