1. In the counter affidavit filed by the Respondents it is stated that „as regards cadre review is concerned, it is submitted that review of all support cadres including Para-Medical cadre is under active consideration. Review proposal of Para-Medical cadre will be intimated after finalisation of review proposal of the Medical Officers cadre".

2. In that view of the matter, it is directed that the Respondents will complete the cadre review by 31st December, 2019. The case of the Petitioner will be considered thereafter for promotion in accordance with the decision taken as a result of the cadre review. The Petitioner will be

communicated the decision in that regard not later than 30th June, 2019.
