O R D E R

% 11.05.2018 CM Nos. 19646-19647/2018 These two applications have been filed by the petitioner for interim relief and direction. On the other hand the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 has placed before me a notice issued by the ACP, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi to the respondent No.4 on the following terms:- "You the president of RWA, Chander Nagar, Janakpuri, Delhi are hereby directed to adhere with the direction of undersigned. The directions are as that the gates of the colony will remain opened from 6 am t 11 pm. If the gates are closed at night for the security purpose of the residents these should be manned properly to avoid any kind of inconvenience to the residents. A notice regarding opening

and closing of gates should be placed at the visible point in both English and Hindi."

Suffice to state, the aforesaid notice is a directive to the respondent No. 4 to keep the gates of the colony open from 6 am to 11 pm. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4 state that he has instructions, to state, subject to the said respondent availing such remedy as available in law against the notice, the respondent No.4 shall adhere to the directives of the ACP, Rajouri Garden.

In view of this submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent No.4, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid shall satisfy the grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition and the petition be disposed of. Ordered accordingly. In view of the above, the applications are dismissed as infructuous.

The next date of hearing stands cancelled.
