% 29.05.2018 Learned counsel for the respondent states that provisional release order dated 28.05.2018 has been passed. Copy of the said order has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that they would be challenging the provisional release order in accordance with law, as the provisional release order is perverse.

The writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the provisional release order in accordance with law.
