This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking extension of parole to enable him to file SLP as well as for arranging funds for the studies of his children.

Perusal of the record reveals that vide order dated 30.03.2016 passed in W.P.(Crl.) no.1013.2016, the petitioner has been granted parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release to enable him to file SLP before the Supreme Court.

It is informed that after expiry of period of parole granted to the petitioner vide order dated 30.03.2016, he has already surrendered before the jail authorities.

Again the petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to extend the parole by another period of one month. The petitioner has already availed the parole for a period of four weeks for purpose of filing the SLP. If the petitioner has any fresh ground for seeking parole, he should have approached the Govt. of NCT of Delhi first before filing this writ petition for the relief sought.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Govt. of NCT of Delhi for the relief sought in this petition.

The petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
