The parties have amicably settled their disputes and have executed a Settlement Agreement dated 31.05.2024 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

The said Settlement Agreement is signed by the authorized representatives of the parties. The counsels for the parties identified their signatures on the same. They pray that the suit be decreed in terms of the said Settlement Agreement.

I have perused the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find that the same to be in conformity with the laws. 4.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 31.05.2024 executed between the parties. 5.

Let a decree sheet be drawn accordingly.
