CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA

O R D E R

% 01.11.2018 By this petition the petitioner has sought a writ of mandamus to the CBI to conduct a fair and impartial investigation into the representations and complaints made by the petitioner.

The complaint of the petitioner was against certain officers of FSL, Delhi who had given their forged and fabricated experience certificates. The CBI referred the complaints of the petitioner dated 4th January, 2017 to the Chief Vigilance Officer, Delhi. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State has placed on record a Status Report as per which the Lt. Governor W.P.(CRL) 1814/2018

of Delhi has accorded approval to initiate disciplinary proceedings for major penalty against seven officers of the FSL Laboratory, Delhi. Thus, the Directorate of Vigilance, GNCT of Delhi would further proceed in the matter pursuant to the approval accorded by the Lt. Governor of Delhi. In view of the fact that action has already been initiated on the complaint of the petitioner by way of major disciplinary proceedings against the officers concerned, no further directions are called for in the present writ petition at this stage.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

MUKTA GUPTA, J.
