% 13.11.2018 The learned counsel for the parties submits that they have settled the matter and a decree may be passed by this court in terms of prayer para 68(A) and (B) of the plaint.

The defendants will remain bound by their submission made in court today. Accordingly, a decree is passed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants in terms of prayer para 68(A) and (B) of the plaint. The parties will bear their own costs. As the matter has been settled at the initial stage, the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the court fees. The suit stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
