Ms. Deepali Gupta, learned counsel appointed through Delhi High Court Legal Service Committee to represent respondent no. 2, states that she has not received any instructions in the present matter. She is discharged. 2.
None appears for the petitioner.

The matter was taken up on 18.12.2025 and, noticing the absence of the parties and their counsels, it was re-notified for 08.01.2026. On the said date as well, no one appeared on behalf of the parties, whereupon Court notice was directed to be issued to the learned counsels for the parties. 4.
As per the office report, the Court Notice issued to learned counsel for the appellant was returned back with the remarks that he was not looking after the matter and was no more counsel in the present case. 5.
