% 04.04.2018 It has been stated on behalf of the State that the charge-sheet has already been filed. The Investigating Officer has however submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any custodial interrogation.

The petitioner is not present in Court, nor was he present on 24.1.2018 & 21.11.2017 as well.
