The parties to the Suit have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 28.03.2024 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The learned counsels for the parties have identified the signatures of the representatives of the parties on the said Settlement Agreement. They further submit that the said Settlement Agreement has been entered into by the said parties voluntarily upon confirming the terms thereof. 3.

I have also perused the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find that the said Settlement Agreement is in conformity with the laws. 4.

In view of the above, the Suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 28.03.2024, which is marked as Exhibit A. 5.

Let a decree sheet be drawn accordingly.
