% 11.09.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that vide order dated 23.08.2017, that under Section 7 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016, the National Company Law Tribunal has admitted the petition under Section 7 of the Code and accordingly a moratorium has been issued in terms of Section 14 of the Act. He prays for leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail of remedies in accordance with law.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
