% 03.08.2016 Shilpa has been produced from Nirmal Chaya.

Ms Pallavi S. Kansal, Advocate representing Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee had interacted with Shilpa and subsequently we had also spoken to Shilpa in the chamber in the presence of Ms Pallavi S. Kansal, Advocate. Shilpa has stated that she likes Deepak and would like to go and reside with Deepak. We had called Panna Lal and Sarla Devi in the chamber in presence of Ms Pallavi S. Kansal, Advocate and spoken to them. Panna Lal and his wife have clearly stated that Deepak is not acceptable to them and they cannot agree to Shilpa's marriage with Deepak. It is stated that they have a son who is bedridden for the last six years. When the matter is called out in the open Court, Shilpa has stated that she would not like to go with her parents. Panna Lal has reiterated that he is not agreeable to marriage of Shilpa with Deepak.

In these circumstances, we do not think that further orders / directions are required to be passed in this writ petition.

It will be open to Shilpa to go wherever she wants. She would not be confined

against her wishes.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.

Dasti.
