By way of present joint application filed on behalf of the parties, the Court is informed that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement videMediation Settlement dated 09.04.2026, before Delhi Mediation Centre, Rouse Avenue District Courts, NewDelhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that,in compliance of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement, a cheque bearing No.801706 dated 14.04.2026for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-, drawn on Standard Chartered Bank, 23, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi-110001is handed over to the respondent/workman towards full and final settlement,and assures its The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. encashment on presentation. A copy of the said cheque has also been handed over and is taken on record.

The Settlement Agreement is also taken on record, and the parties shall remain bound by its terms.In the event the cheque is not honoured upon presentation, the respondent/workman shall be at liberty to move an appropriate application 4.

In view of the above, the present application is disposed of. W.P.(C)5473/2018, CM APPLs 21329/2018, 21330/2018 1.

In view of the orders passed in CM APPL. 29392/2026, the present petition is disposed ofalongwith the pending applications. 2.
