W.P.(C) 5095/2018 Present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
"In view of the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to:
i.
Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ / order of the like nature to temporarily de-seal the premises bearing No.A-18, Swasthya Vihar, Delhi - 110092 so that the fittings, fixtures, goods and stock lying there can be removed form there by allowing the petition of the petitioner, in the interest of justice; and / or: ii.
Any other relief that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case may also be granted in petitioner's favour, in interest of
justice."
Counsel for the petitioner states, the petitioner require two weeks time to remove the goods / furniture lying in the property. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection, if the limited relief of temporary de-sealing of Property No. A18, Swasthya Vihar, Delhi - 110092 is allowed to enable the petitioner to remove the goods / furniture. In view of the above, respondent shall de-seal the property as above on May 21, 2018 at 11 AM and shall reseal the same on June 4, 2018 to enable the petitioner remove the goods / furniture lying at the premises. Petition stands disposed of.
