% 08.08.2017 Initially the suit was transferred to the court of learned District Judge, South District vide order dated 04.02.2016. Vide order dated 12.05.2016, the suit file was returned with observation that the suit property is situated in Katwaria Sarai which falls in New Delhi District. Learned counsel for plaintiff also submitted before this court on 19.07.2016 that the suit property falls within the jurisdiction of PS Vasant Vihar which is under New Delhi District. Accordingly, the matter was transferred to the court of learned District Judge, New Delhi.

Suit file has been returned by the court of learned District Judge, New Delhi vide order dated 17.07.2017. It is observed that the suit property falls in South District. Parties had moved application that the suit pertains to South District.

In view of the fact mentioned above, matter is transferred to the

court of learned District Judge, South District, Saket Court for 21st August, 2017.
