% 22.03.2017 Petitioners are aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction permitted to respondent no.1 at the top floor of property bearing No.529/6, Zakir Nagar, New Delhi. It is stated that this is against all the bye laws of the Corporation.

On advance notice respondent no.1/SDMC has put in appearance. He submits that the illegal deviations if any in the property shall be inspected and all actions in accordance with law shall be taken. His submission is that his undertaking to the said effect may be recorded by this Court. His undertaking given to this Court is thus taken on record. It is hoped and expected that this statement shall be honoured in true letter and spirit and all actions which shall be initiated (needless to state after due notice to

respondent nos.1 and 2) shall be taken to its ultimate goal. Respondent no.2 will take assistance of local police/respondent no.3 as and when so desired.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
