% 14.05.2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that he would not press the appeal on merits and would like to withdraw it. He would nevertheless states that directions be issued to the Trial Court to dispose-off the matter expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year. This Court is hopeful that when such a request is made, due consideration will be accorded to it by the Trial Court. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn in the above terms.
