1. This is an application jointly filed by the parties, praying that the petition be disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 6th October, 2016, copy of which has been enclosed with the application. The application is supported by the affidavits of both the parties.

2. The application is accordingly disposed of. O.M.P. (COMM) 221/2016 & IA 19476/2015, 19477/2015, 7913/2016

3. The Court takes on record the settlement agreement signed by the parties, in terms of which the payment of Rs. 3,25,00,000 has been made by the Petitioner to the Respondent thus bringing to an end all their inter se disputes. The parties are bound by the settlement agreement terms of which O.M.P. (COMM) 221/2016

will be treated as forming part of the present order. Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.
