% 16.07.2018 The petitioner has been accused under Section 354-A/354-D and Section 8 read with Section 18 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offices Act (POCSO).

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that he would like to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue other legal remedies as available in law. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
