BAIL APPLN. 518/2017 The petitioner seeks interim bail for a period of two months on the ground that his mother has to undergo surgery in her left ear. The petitioner is charged in case FIR 309/2015 under Section 394/34 IPC registered at PS Sunlight Colony. The matter is at the stage of trial and evidence of the complainant is in progress. After completion of the evidence of the complainant and PW-4, the petitioner may apply for interim bail.
The Trial Court is directed to conclude the evidence of the complainant and PW-4 first without any delay. No adjournment shall be sought or granted to either of the parties.
The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Dasti.
