O R D E R
1. The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 14 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act') inter alia, praying that the mandate of the Arbitrator appointed by the respondents be terminated. The petition is predicated on the basis that the arbitrator was appointed without concurrence of the petitioner.
2. In view of orders passed in a petition under Section 11 of the Act, being ARB.P. 204/2017, appointing an arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties, the present application is allowed and the mandate of the Arbitrator appointed by the respondent (Sh.Arun Batta, Advocate) stands terminated.
3. The petition is disposed of.
