% 09.02.2016 This is a suit for partition valued at less than Rs.2 crores. One of the suit properties is situated at Kalkaji which falls under the jurisdiction of District South-East, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court, South East, Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge South East, Saket Delhi on 21.07.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
