Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') inter alia praying that an arbitrator be appointed to adjudicate the disputes which have arisen between the parties in respect of the agreement for licence to manage on board catering services dated 08.06.2011 and the tripartite agreement dated 13.01.2011.

The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection if a sole arbitrator is appointed to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. Accordingly, Mr. G D Dhanuka, ADJ (retired) (Mobile no: 9818678678), is appointed as a sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. 3.

This is subject to the arbitrator making necessary disclosure under Section 12 (1) of the Act and not being ineligible under Section 12 (5) of the

Act.

The fees of the arbitrator shall be fixed in consultation with the counsel for the parties.

The petition stands disposed of.
