% 23.08.2016 CS(OS) 2489/2011 Case file taken up today pursuant to order dated 17.08.2016 of learned Registrar (Original) on the basis of order dated 10.08.2016 of learned District & Sessions Judge, South East, Saket Court, wherein it is mentioned that the suit property does not falls within the jurisdiction of South East District, Saket Court but falls within the territorial jurisdiction of West District, Tis Hazari Courts. In view of the same, the ministerial order dated 22.02.2016 for transfer of the present matter to South East District, Saket Court, is modified.

In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Court Complex, Delhi on 29.09.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
