% 11.03.2016 In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (South), Saket Courts, Delhi on 13th July, 2016 for further directions. Registry is directed to send the complete record to the Ld. District Judge (South), Saket Courts, Delhi before the next date of hearing. Ld. counsels for parties had requested for referring the matter to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for exploring the possibilities of compromise.

On the joint request of ld. counsels for the parties, parties are directed to appear before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 16th March, 2016 at 3:30 PM.

Report of settlement, if any, be placed before the Court of Competent Jurisdiction.
