% 22.03.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2, who are husband and wife, have settled their disputes amicably and have started living together for the last nine months, therefore, FIR No.952/2015 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station Jyoti Nagar may be quashed. Petitioner and respondent no.2 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Soniya PS Jyoti Nagar.

They admit the settlement and the fact of residing together for the last nine months. Respondent no.2 submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the husband and wife and that the fact that they have started living together, in the interest of

justice, FIR No.952/2015 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station Jyoti Nagar is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
