CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE TARA VITASTA GANJU

O R D E R

% 20.02.2025 1.

Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 reiterates his contentions that the prayer in the present Petition is primarily for conduct of an enquiry against Respondent No.4 and Respondent No.4 has passed away on 23.02.2022. The death certificate of Respondent No. 4 has also been placed on record. Thus, it is contended by learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 that nothing survives in the present Petition. 2.

None appears for the Petitioner. There was no presence on the last date of hearing as well.

3.

Accordingly, in view of the submissions made by learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 3, the present Petition is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
