1. The present suit is for recovery of Rs. 1,47,11,931/- along with interest Hence, the jurisdiction value of the present suit is less than Rs. 2 crores. In view of the Commercial Courts, Commercial Division And Commercial Appellate Division Of High Courts (Amendment) Act, 2018 the matter is transferred to the District Courts Patiala House.

2. List the matter before the District Judge, Patiala House Court on 5th August 2019. The registry shall complete the formalities and ensure that the file is sent to the District Judge before the date fixed.
