This first appeal is filed against the impugned order of the trial court dated 10.3.2017 allowing the injunction application filed by the respondent/plaintiff. Though this appeal is disposed of as not pressed, at the request of the counsel for the appellants, and considering the peculiar facts of the present case, it is ordered that each of the parties will not get more than four opportunities to complete their evidence and trial court is requested to expedite the disposal of the suit and final arguments should be heard preferably within a period of four months of completion of the evidence.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid observations.
