% 08.05.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition though with liberty to urge all the contentions raised here before the trial court at appropriate stage of the proceedings arising out of FIR No.527/2016, under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC of Police Station Model Town, New Delhi. Petition along with accompanying application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
