% 06.12.2016 Pursuant to the last order Mr. K.K. Jha, Adv. states that he had written a letter to the respondent No.2 as arrayed in the memo of parties. According to him, the letter has returned back with the observation that the Tribal and Social Justice and Welfare ministries are different and hence cannot be accepted.

It is put to the learned counsel for the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition and file a proper petition with better particulars. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
