After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach respondent no. 1 (CARA) to find out a possible solution to the problem. Ms Jossy is present in the court and she assures this Court that CARA will render full assistance (within the confines of law) to the petitioner keeping the welfare of the child in mind.
