% 27.07.2017 Today matter is listed for recording of statement of the respondent No.3.

Statement of the respondent No.3 has been recorded to which she has settled all her disputes amicably with the petitioner as per MOU/Compromise Deed dated 29.04.2016.

Statements of the parties except respondent No.3 have already been recorded vide order dated 19.07.2017.

In view of the fact that the parties have amicably resolved their differences voluntarily and out of their own free will and without any coercion, pressure, and no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the proceedings. It would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. There is no legal impediment in quashing the FIR in question. Consequently, FIR CRL.M.C. 1697/2016

No.156/2006 registered under Sections 288/337/304A/34 IPC at PS Samaypur Badli, Delhi and proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed.

The petition is disposed of.
