The proprietor of the petitioner is present in Court along with his counsel and he agrees to pay Rs.80,000/- to the respondent in full and final settlement in four monthly instalments.

The respondent present in Court along with his counsel agrees to accept Rs.80,000/- in full and final settlement as offered by the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner undertakes to handover four cheques dated 15th March, 15th April, 15th May and 15th June, 2019 for Rs.20,000/- each to the respondent within one week from today.

The petitioner's proprietor undertakes that all the aforesaid cheques shall be honoured on the first presentation. The undertaking of the petitioner is accepted. 4.

This petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties.

The pending application is disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
