LPA 282/2016 & C.Ms.No.16682, 16684/2016 LPA 283/2016 & C.Ms.No.16747, 16749/2016 1.

These two appeals are preferred against the order of the learned Single Judge dated 07.04.2016 in W.P.(C) Nos.3077/2016 and 3078/2016 directing to list all cases of the writ petitioner before an Information Commissioner other than the respondent No.3/appellant herein till the next date of hearing, i.e., 19.05.2016.

2.

Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant and having regard

to the fact that the impugned order is only an interim order upto 19.05.2016 and that the writ petitions stand posted before the learned Single Judge on 19.05.2016 for further hearing, we do not consider it appropriate to go into the merits of the case and express any opinion as to the grounds raised in the present appeals.

3.

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, both the appeals are disposed of leaving it open to the appellant to urge all the grounds raised in the present appeals before the learned Single Judge on the date fixed for hearing of the writ petitions.
