Ld. counsel for parties submit that cause of action arose at plaintiff's place situated at Connaught Place which falls under the jurisdiction of District New Delhi, Delhi hence seek transfer of present case to District New Delhi, Delhi. In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (New Delhi), Patiala House, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House, Delhi on 21.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
