% 13.02.2018 The petitioner, by this petition, impugns order dated 12.12.2012 framing charges against the petitioner.

Crl. M.A. 2676/2018 (for withdrawal) By this application, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition and contends that the disputes between the parties have been settled and compromise has been entered into on 15.12.2017 before Delhi Mediation Centre.
