% 30.07.2018 Mr. Sonal Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the learned Single Judge while deciding objections has failed to render any finding on claim no.2. Mr. Ramesh Singh, counsel for the respondent submits that as is evident from reading of para 11 of the impugned order dated 20.03.2018, the appellant had only restricted and assailed claims no.4, 5 & 7 before the learned Single Judge.

At this stage, counsel for the appellant submits that he would file a review petition before the learned Single Judge with respect to not deciding claim no.2. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of granting liberty as prayed for to the appellant to file a review petition, if so advised. We make it clear that it would be open for the appellant to assail claims no.4, 5 & 7; subject matter of the present appeal before the Division Bench, after decision in the review petition.
