In the said communication, it has been stated that the petitioner's stay application has been listed for hearing on 13th May, 2016 at 11.00 a.m. The said communication is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid communication, learned senior counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present writ petition any further. Consequently, present writ petition is disposed of as satisfied. The pending applications also stand disposed of.
