% 06.06.2018 W.P.(C) 5066/2018 & CM APPL.25045/2018 According to the learned senior counsel for the Petitioner, the matter is pending before the Financial Commissioner and is listed for hearing on 19th July, 2018. Learned counsel for the Respondent, however, submits that the Respondent would be seeking an early hearing before the Financial Commissioner. Either way, the order dated 14th May, 2018 clearly stipulates that the Financial Commissioner, after hearing the parties, would have liberty to either vary or vacate the interim order. Therefore, irrespective of the date when the matter is listed before the Financial Commissioner, no coercive steps shall be taken as already directed vide order dated 10th May,

2018 till the Financial Commissioner either varies and vacates the interim order.

CM is disposed of.
