O R D E R

% 08.07.2017 The learned Tribunal has passed an award in favour of the appellant in the sum of Rs.10,34,484/- along with interest @ 9% per annum from the date of filing of the petition. After negotiation the parties have settled the dispute and the insurance company have agreed to pay an amount of Rs.5,50,000/- over and above the amount so awarded by the Tribunal. The insurance company shall deposit the amount within four weeks before the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee lest interest @ 9% on the aforesaid amount shall be granted from the date of default. On the amount so deposited, it shall be released to the appellant after completion of necessary formalities.

In view of above nothing more remains to be done in this appeal, hence the appeal stands disposed of.
