The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking a direction for the respondents to extend the medical visa for the treatment of the petitioner (who is a minor).

The petitioner is a minor, therefore, his parents also require their visa to be extended. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that instructions have already been received from MHA approving extension of visa of the petitioner and his parents till 15.02.2019. He, however, submits that the petitioner would have to apply online. 3.

In this view, the present petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner's parents to make an application for visa for themselves and on behalf of the petitioner, online. In view of the statement made by the learned

counsel for the respondents, it is directed that if such application(s) are made, the respondents shall do the needful to extend the visa till 15.02.2019. If the treatment of the petitioner is extended for a further period, the petitioner's parents are at liberty to apply for a further extension of the Visas.
