% 19.07.2018 The present petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award by the Sole Arbitrator adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Partnership Deed dated 17th April, 2013. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that though the respondents have filed their reply opposing this prayer, she has instructions not to press the same.

It is informed that the arbitration proceedings are at the stage of recording of evidence of the witnesses of the respondents. Accordingly, the time for making of the Arbitral Award is extended by a further period of six months w.e.f. from today. ....2/-
