% 28.09.2016 By the present petition the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 182/2014 registered at Paschim Vihar under Sections 370/372/373/366A/376/109/120-B IPC and 4/17 of POCSO Act and consequential proceedings and also seeks discharge since charge vide order dated 10th October, 2014 has been framed against the petitioner. After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
