I am informed that Mr. Vikram Kumar has been appointed as the R.P. for judgment debtor no. 1 i.e. Shekhar Resorts Limited. 3.

In these circumstances, these proceedings cannot continue in view of the provisions of Section 14 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. 4.

In any case, I am also informed by counsel for the R.P. that the decree holder has preferred a claim with the R.P. and is also part of the Committee of creditors.
